Together posts record lending in October

Property lender Together has reported a record-breaking month, completing 1,611 loans in October, surpassing its previous high of 1,605 set a year earlier in October 2024.

The Cheadle-based lender, which now has a loan book approaching £8bn, delivered over £298m in finance across a range of products.

Unregulated bridging made up a significant share of activity, accounting for 681 transactions, while the lender also completed 377 buy-to-let loans and 208 first charge loans.

Ryan Etchells, chief commercial officer at Together, said: “Despite facing a difficult and turbulent market, Together continues to go from strength to strength. Achieving a new record for monthly loan completions is an impressive milestone, and a testament to the dedication and expertise of our incredible team.

“We’re immensely proud of the people behind this success, colleagues who go above and beyond every day to deliver outstanding outcomes for our customers and intermediary partners. Their commitment to providing fast and flexible finance is what sets us apart.

“At the heart of everything we do is a genuine desire to help people realise their property ambitions, whether that’s buying their first home, growing a property portfolio, or securing finance for a business venture. Our common-sense approach to lending means we look beyond the numbers to understand each customer’s unique circumstances, and we work to find the right solution for every case.

“This record-breaking month is more than just a number; it’s a reflection of the trust our customers place in us and the positive impact we’re making across the UK.”
