Vistry Group has secured reserved matters planning approval from South Cambridgeshire Council for 233 new homes at Cambourne.
The latest approval covers Phase 3.2b, which will include 37 affordable homes, 19 for affordable rent and 18 for Shared Ownership, while 85 homes will be for private sale.
The company also received reserved matters approval for the adjoining West Parcel 3.2a, which will deliver 111 new homes.
Of these, 33 will be affordable homes and 78 will be private.
Construction is expected to finish by October 2027.
Fraser Hope, managing director of Vistry Northern Home Counties, said: “Securing reserved matters approval for these phases is a major milestone for Cambourne.
“This next phase enables us to continue delivering high-quality, sustainable homes in a mix of tenures to meet the needs of local residents and support the wider growth of the area.
“We’re excited to begin construction and bring this new chapter of the development to life.”
