Albatross Lending Group has provided a £6.8m loan for the refinance and refurbishment of a residential property in Chelsea.
The funding will help finish the renovation and interior fit-out of a double-fronted, four-storey period house.
The 3,500 sq ft townhouse is in shell condition and part-way through a redevelopment.
The borrower will now install a custom staircase, large lightwell and bespoke joinery throughout.
