Avamore Capital is delighted to announce two significant internal promotions that reflect the business’ ongoing growth.
Chayanne Denys (pictured) has been promoted to associate asset manager, and Biraj Pantha has been promoted to senior software developer.
Since joining Avamore, Denys has played an integral role within the asset management team.
She has been instrumental in supporting the management of a diverse and growing loan book, working closely with borrowers, monitoring project progress, and identifying risks early to support positive outcomes for all stakeholders.
In her expanded role, Denys will take increased responsibility for overseeing a broader portfolio of cases, strengthening borrower relationships, and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance the team’s delivery and efficiency.
Pantha’s promotion reflects the significant impact he has made within Avamore’s technology function.
Over the past year, Avamore said he has been instrumental in building internal tools, refining core systems, and introducing solutions that increase efficiency across the organisation.
As senior software developer, he will take a leading role in architecting new technological capabilities, supporting automation projects, and ensuring Avamore’s systems continue to scale with the business. His promotion underscores the company’s focus on technological innovation as a core competitive advantage in the specialist lending market.
Nicholas Duke, finance director, at Avamore Capital: “We are incredibly proud to recognise the achievements of both Chayanne and Biraj. Their hard work, expertise, and commitment to Avamore’s values have made a meaningful impact on the business.
“These promotions reflect not only their past contributions but also our confidence in their ability to continue driving the organisation forward. Investing in people is central to our long-term success, and both individuals represent the talent and dedication that support Avamore’s vision.”
