Harris Associates has announced the appointment of a new partner following its recent expansion.
Stepping into the new role is Alex Matthews (pictured, centre left), head of build-to-rent (BTR).
Over the past two years, Matthews has led a significant number of transactions, strengthened relationships with global capital and played a role in shaping the firm’s strategy.
In his new position, Matthews will keep leading the BTR team and will also take on wider responsibilities.
His areas of expertise will include business strategy, talent development and growth across the living sector.
