IM Properties has added to its commercial development team, appointing Daniel Rudd (pictured, right) as development manager.
Rudd joins from Newmark and will support ongoing projects and future joint ventures as the company continues to expand in the industrial and logistics sector.
Rudd is already known to the team, having worked with IM Properties in 2023 while at Savills.
He acted agency-side on the Connexion scheme at Blythe Valley Park, where market leading rents were achieved.
The move from agency to development comes after more than seven years in industrial agency, working for both occupiers and landlords.
Rudd said: “I always thought about moving into the development world eventually, however when an opportunity to work at IM Properties came along, it was too good an opportunity not to take the step now.
“The company is highly regarded, constantly evolving and pushing the envelope with an incredibly exciting development pipeline looking to deliver industry benchmarks in innovation, sustainability and community impact.
