KFH launches new customer‑first website

Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) has launched a new website with a modern design, aiming to improve the experience for customers across London.

The site offers features including instant property valuation reports, a personalised MyMove hub for managing searches and alerts, and interactive area guides covering schools, transport, amenities, council tax and property prices.

Customers can search, save and manage listings, with the site also focusing on showcasing the people behind KFH and their values.

John Ennis, chief revenue officer at Lomond, said: “We’re incredibly proud to launch our new website, which not only better reflects our workplace culture and values but also strengthens our position in the London lettings market with new and improved features and tools.

“As a leading business in the London property sector, we recognise the fundamental importance of presenting a strong brand identity and offering a website that gives users the most up-to-date and relevant information for clients and customers.

“Searching online is the beginning of so many people’s housing journey whether that is to rent, let, buy or sell, and so we’re delighted our improved website fully reflects the absolute best-in-class service we provide across the business.”
