Offa has increased its headcount with the appointment of Trevor Melly (pictured) as senior underwriting manager.
Melly, who has 25 years’ experience in financial services, joins from Signature Finance where he spent 10 years as credit and risk director.

Melly will report to Naseer Ahmed, managing director of bridging and development finance at Offa.
