Penta Real Estate has entered the UK market in partnership with Ballymore, announcing a joint venture to build more than 680 homes across two locations in London.
The agreement is split 50:50 between the two developers.
The Cuba Street scheme will see a 52-storey residential tower go up next to Canary Wharf.
Plans include modern flats, community spaces and a public park.
The Capston marks the final phase of Embassy Gardens in Nine Elms, with 247 luxury apartments, art deco-style communal areas, a wellness zone with a rooftop pool and terraces looking out over Westminster.
Both sites are in areas considered among London’s busiest and most sought-after mixed-use neighbourhoods.
The aim is to create high-quality homes and schemes that respect architecture, public spaces and modern city living.
