Pepper Advantage launches PRISM credit and mortgage servicing platform

Pepper Advantage has launched PRISM, a proprietary end-to-end credit management and servicing platform, designed to automate workflows across the entire credit lifecycle and provide real-time data analysis for lenders, institutional investors and credit managers.

Built in-house, PRISM consolidates portfolio loan data, analytics, workflow management and servicing tools into a single system.

The platform combines a fully integrated mortgage management engine with advanced analytics, real-time data visualisation and automated processes.

It was designed to give users earlier visibility of emerging risks, reduce reliance on manual workflows and support the reporting requirements needed to meet regulatory expectations.

PRISM also offers an intuitive digital interface intended to replace fragmented legacy systems with a single access point.

Pepper Advantage has already migrated more than £1.5bn of assets under management to the platform.

This includes a recent internal migration of nearly £400m, the company’s largest to date.

More than 17,000 loans are now managed on PRISM across the UK and Spain on behalf of more than a dozen clients, including eight major banks.

As PRISM becomes fully integrated within banking infrastructure, data from multiple institutions is being migrated daily.

The platform’s data architecture cleanses and aggregates information on behalf of end investors, supporting the securitisation of portfolios from different originators.

Fraser Gemmell, group CEO at Pepper Advantage, said: “PRISM is hitting milestone after milestone, with demand far exceeding expectation.

“It offers the seamless, tech-driven experience clients crave while supporting an improved borrower experience.

“Our team has created the new standard in credit management technology, one that allows us to better serve customers, opens up new direct lending opportunities, and provides a faster go-to-market path for both traditional and non-traditional lenders.”

The launch followed a period of investment by Pepper Advantage in data, software and AI capabilities.

PRISM supports portfolios across a range of credit types, including residential mortgages, equity release and unsecured loans.

Buy-to-let and other products are due to be added in 2026.

The platform can also be white-labelled and configured to integrate with new or existing systems, offering a modern interface without requiring extensive in-house development.
