Pivotal Growth acquires Xact Mortgages to strengthen New Build division

Pivotal Growth has announced the acquisition of Xact Mortgages, a Solihull-based mortgage and protection broker with a strong presence in the New Build sector.

Founded in 2007 by Jeremy Brown, the business has grown to a team of seven advisers and built long-standing relationships with developers across the Midlands and the wider UK.

Pivotal said the acquisition strengthens its position in the New Build market and aligns with its strategy of bringing high-performing specialist firms into the group.

Xact Mortgages will become part of Pivotal’s existing New Build division, led by Daniel Mumford at Grange Mortgage and Protection Services, to enhance support for homebuyers and developer partners.

Conor Brown, managing director of Xact Mortgages, said: “Joining the Pivotal family marks an exciting new chapter for our team and clients.

“We look forward to working closely with our colleagues at Grange and across the Pivotal group to drive growth and innovation in the New Build sector.”

Mayank Prakash CBE, group CEO of Pivotal, said: “Xact Mortgages is a fantastic addition to the Pivotal group.

“Their expertise, strong presence in the New Build sector, and shared client-first approach perfectly complement our growth strategy.

“We are excited about the opportunities ahead as Pivotal’s specialist teams continue to deliver greater value to our clients and the wider property market.”
