Principality Intermediaries has confirmed it is making a number of changes to its mortgage range, effective from 9am tomorrow, Wednesday 3rd December.
The lender will withdraw its current range at 5pm today, Tuesday 2nd December ahead of the update.
The changes include a series of rate reductions across the residential, Help to Buy Wales, Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor (JBSP), buy-to-let and holiday let ranges.
Selected residential products with fees will see reductions of up to 0.08% across 2-year fixed products at 85% loan-to-value (LTV).
5-year fixed products at 65% and 75% LTV will reduce by 0.02%, and 2-year fixed products at 90% LTV will fall by 0.05%.
Residential products without fees will see reductions of up to 0.07% on 3-year fixed products at 85% LTV.
2- and 3-year fixed products at 75% LTV will fall by up to 0.01%, while reductions of 0.02% will be applied to 2-, 3- and 5-year fixed options at 80% LTV.
Products offering £500 cashback will also be reduced, with the largest change being a 0.13% decrease on 2-year fixed products at 85% LTV.
Other reductions include 2-year fixed options at 80% LTV falling by 0.06% and 5-year fixed options at 80% LTV falling by 0.03%.
Help to Buy Wales products will be reduced by 0.05% for 2-year fixed products at 75% LTV and by 0.15% for 5-year fixed products at 75% LTV.
JBSP products will be reduced by up to 0.02% for selected 2- and 5-year fixed products at 75% and 80% LTV, while 2-year fixed products at 90% LTV will also fall by 0.02%.
In the buy-to-let range, the 5-year fixed product at 60% LTV will reduce by 0.05%.
Holiday let products will be reduced by up to 0.06%, including a 0.06% reduction to the 5-year fixed product at 70% LTV without a product fee and a 0.04% reduction to the 5-year fixed product at 75% LTV without a fee.
2-year fixed products at 60% LTV will fall by 0.02% with a fee and 0.01% without a fee.
Alongside the reductions, the lender will increase the rate of its JBSP 5-year fixed product at 85% LTV by 0.07%.
The updated products will be available on the Principality Intermediaries website from 9am tomorrow.
