Sesame Network has appointed Araminta Hoare (pictured) as growth consultant to work with firms on business plans aimed at long-term success.
Hoare will report to Toni Smith, director at Sesame, and will help advisers develop growth plans that fit each firm’s goals.
She has over 17 years’ experience in financial services, covering distribution, strategic planning, and performance management.
Additionally, she has helped firms adapt and focus on strategy, with an emphasis on people and relationships.
Hoare said: “Every firm has its own definition of growth. My role is to listen, understand what success looks like for them, and help build plans that work in the real world.
“I’m looking forward to working closely with advisers and the rest of the Sesame team to make that happen.”
