SettleParadigm has appointed Martin Medlycott as chief information officer (CIO).
Medlycott joins after serving as chief information officer and data protection officer at Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing.
He will lead technology, digital and data strategy, aiming to support the organisation with secure, modern platforms for services and efficiency.
Medlycott said: “I’m genuinely passionate about using technology to drive sustainable growth and measurable impact.
“My focus is always on elevating customer experience, developing high-performing teams, and enabling innovation that delivers real value.
