Together and Empire Global Finance provide £3.5m loan for overseas customer

Together and Empire Global Finance have partnered to provide a £3.5m commercial loan to a Hong Kong-based client for a UK property investment.

The funds will support the purchase of a high-quality commercial asset, secured for £3.25m at auction.

The deal involved cross-border acquisition, foreign-entity borrowing and coordination across jurisdictions.
