Triple Point has expanded its property leadership team with the promotion of Philip Bird to head of property origination and the appointment of Victoria Baily (pictured) as head of property portfolio, as the business continues to build its position in the property lending sector.
Bird will lead the origination function and set strategic direction for the team, with a focus on deepening relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) developers and intermediaries and identifying new market opportunities.
Baily will oversee the property portfolio team, with responsibility for client experience and portfolio management.
She will also help shape the division’s growth strategy and explore new areas for expansion.
