True Potential has launched its new Indigo Smart Assistant®, an artificial intelligence (AI) tool designed to help advisers and clients work faster and more efficiently.
The tool works within True Potential’s secure platform and connects each part of the advice process, from the first client meeting to final checks.
Indigo Smart Assistant® can turn information from meetings and calls into structured data, automate processes and help advisers and clients save time.
The tool includes a range of features, such as real-time meeting recording, instant summaries, full transcripts, and automated fact find completion.
There is also an AI message helper for drafting client communications, a dictation app for on-the-go note-taking, and a video call feature that sends summaries and transcripts straight to client files.
A key part of the tool is the fact find review, which checks client submissions against compliance and fact-finding standards, identifying missing or inconsistent details early so submissions are complete.
