Tower Hamlets letting agency Wentworth has relaunched as Wextons, marking a strategic shift towards guaranteed rental and fully managed property services for private landlords across East London.

The move comes amid proposed regulatory changes, including the Renters’ Rights Bill expected to be implemented in early 2026, prompting many landlords to reassess how their properties are managed.
Wextons said the rebrand and refreshed digital presence better reflect its service offering, particularly as interest in guaranteed rental arrangements increases across London.
The new website has been designed to provide clearer information for landlords considering long-term management options.
The firm operates across the E1, E2, E3 and E14 postcodes, covering areas such as Canary Wharf, Bethnal Green, Whitechapel and the Isle of Dogs.
As part of its repositioning, Wextons is targeting a range of landlord profiles, including first-time landlords, portfolio landlords, build-to-rent schemes, house in multiple occupation (HMO) landlords requiring specialist compliance support, and overseas landlords seeking a fully managed solution.
Its guaranteed rental service offers landlords fixed monthly income paid regardless of occupancy, alongside full property management covering maintenance, repairs and 24-hour emergency callouts.
Properties are let to vetted professional tenants, with landlords receiving three months’ rent in advance and the option of lease terms ranging from one to five years.
Void periods are covered, with rental levels agreed upfront in line with local market conditions.
Wextons said its focus remains on delivering long-term, stable rental solutions for landlords across Tower Hamlets and surrounding areas, with landlords able to begin the process through an online or in-person valuation via the company’s website.
