West One has made three hires in its short-term division to grow new business across bridging, development and commercial products.
Alan Collins, Parit Shah and Josh Newbould have joined the business development team.
Collins joins as business development manager (BDM) for the South West and Wales.
Collins has over 10 years’ experience in property finance, having worked at Affirmative Finance and Roma Finance.
The region now has two dedicated BDMs.
Shah and Newbould both join as telephone BDMs.
Shah previously worked as mortgage advisor at The Loans Engine and will cover London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
Newbould was commercial mortgage consultant at Omega Commercial Solutions and will cover East London, Kent and Essex.
