West One Loans has strengthened its mortgage proposition with three new appointments, as it continues to build on its mortgage division.
Aaron Farrell has joined as regional account manager for the North East, overseeing broker relationships for buy-to-let (BTL) and residential mortgage products.
Kevin Brodigan has taken up the role of proposition and delivery manager, and Lloyd Turner has become sourcing and distribution manager.
Farrell previously worked at LiveMore Mortgages as key account manager focused on intermediary partners, and before that spent over seven years as business development manager (BDM) at Principality Building Society.
Brodigan brings more than 25 years’ experience in the UK mortgage and financial services sector, with senior roles at Aldermore and The Co-operative Bank.
Turner arrives with 15 years in finance, including 10 in specialist mortgages, most recently as internal sales manager at United Trust Bank.
Marie Grundy, managing director, mortgages at West One Loans, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Kevin, Aaron, and Lloyd to the business at such an exciting time for our mortgage division.
“Each brings exceptional experience and deep market knowledge, which will play an integral role in driving forward our ambitious growth plans.
“As we continue to expand our reach and refine our proposition, these appointments reinforce our commitment to investing in the right people to deliver outstanding outcomes for our intermediary partners and their clients.”
