Bromford Flagship and LiveWest confirm merger with new leadership team in place
Jac Starr has been named chair designate, Robert Nettleton is CEO designate, and Jo Makinson is chief finance officer designate.
Bromford Flagship Limited and LiveWest Homes Limited are set to combine, with the merger scheduled to complete on 29th January 2026.
The new company will be called Bromford Flagship LiveWest Limited.
Jac Starr has been named chair designate, Robert Nettleton (pictured) is chief executive (CEO) designate, and Jo Makinson is chief finance officer designate.
Starr is currently chair at LiveWest, while Nettleton is CEO at Bromford Flagship.
Makinson joins from Abri, where she is chief investment officer, and is expected to start in spring.
Nettleton said: “I’m very pleased to confirm the appointment of Jo Makinson as chief finance officer designate, following a rigorous external recruitment process.
“Jo brings strong investment and financial leadership experience, which will be vital as we prepare to unlock the additional capacity created by Bromford Flagship LiveWest, that will ultimately enable more people to thrive.”
