As part of a report looking at ways to tackle homelessness and housing inequality, Good Place Lettings appeared alongside Crisis and Homes for Good in Scotland.
Ben Rayner (pictured), director of Good Place Lettings, said: “What’s striking about the Good Place Lettings model is that it allows us to help and support people experiencing homelessness and on low incomes.
“But to be a sustainable social enterprise, we need to work right across the residential market and are actively seeking landlords letting property at the market rate.
“The major difference is that the fees you pay go towards something positive.”
Rayner added: “With the Renters Rights Act coming into force, it’s the ideal time for landlords to work with a values-led agency that has the experience to make sure the right tenant/landlord relationship is struck up.
“This can make a lasting difference for everyone involved.
