The brokerage has been set up to support clients navigating time-sensitive property transactions by sourcing suitable funding from a wide panel of specialist lenders.
The firm operates on an independent basis and focuses on matching clients with appropriate lenders based on individual circumstances.
It aims to provide a range of unregulated short-term finance solutions, including bridging loans, auction finance, refurbishment and conversion loans, development exit finance and second-charge bridging.
The brokerage works with landlords, property investors and developers, with an emphasis on clear communication, transparent fee structures and practical guidance throughout the process.
The firm also supports more complex cases through flexible and considered deal structuring.
