Brickflow has reported £29.22m of completed lending over a two-week period in January, supporting 157 residential and mixed-use units across the UK.

The funding covered bridging, development and commercial finance transactions, including projects involving ground-up development, refurbishment, conversions and investment properties.

Brickflow said the figure represents its strongest two-week completion period to date and reflects ongoing demand from brokers and borrowers for property finance.

The platform has increasingly been used not only to compare lender options but also to progress transactions through to completion.

The company said many of the funded projects involved bringing forward new housing, unlocking stalled developments or returning existing properties to use.

Frazer Campbell (pictured), co-founder and chief revenue officer at Brickflow, said: “Behind every completed loan is a real project: new homes being built, existing housing being improved, or property brought back into productive use.

“Completing nearly £30m across 157 units in just two weeks shows the role Brickflow is playing in connecting borrowers to the right funding options.”
