Market Harborough Building Society has made changes to its decision in principle (DIP) process, cutting down the number of questions and making the journey easier for brokers and clients.

The move is part of ongoing work to help brokers with specialist lending and bridging finance cases.

Iain Smith (pictured), head of mortgage distribution at Market Harborough, said: “We’re building real momentum in 2026, and that starts, as always, by listening closely to brokers.

“These refinements to our DIP are another step in our mission to make specialist lending and bridging finance as straightforward as possible.
