Pepper Advantage has completed its takeover of Computershare’s UK mortgage servicing business, Computershare Loan Services.
The move brings Pepper Advantage’s UK assets under management (AUM) to around £50bn and global assets under management to €75bn (£64bn).
The deal also includes the Zephyr and Topaz Finance lending operations.
The company’s credit management platform, PRISM, will now be used across Computershare Loan Services’ assets.
This will allow for stronger data integration and scalable servicing for institutional clients, as well as analytics and workflow automation across the credit lifecycle.

“I am delighted to welcome the skilled Computershare team to Pepper Advantage and look forward to growing our new business together.”
