Together and The Loan Partnership completed a £160,000 regulated bridging loan in nine days, helping clients avoid losing their deposit on a new home bought at auction.

The clients had agreed funding with another lender, who withdrew at the last minute.

Together provided a 12-month regulated bridge, cross charged against the couple’s current home and the new property.

The clients used the short-term loan to meet the auction deadline for a five-bedroom semi-detached house needing refurbishment.

They plan to spend around £50,000 on improvements, aiming to finish within eight weeks.

The couple went to the Loan Partnership after their original broker warned them the auction deal would miss its deadline.

The Loan Partnership prioritised the case, completing in nine days and saving the buyers from losing the house and their £10,000 deposit.
