Access Financial Services appoints group financial controller

Access Financial Services (Access FS) has appointed Reena Vadhia (pictured) as its new group financial controller.
Vadhia will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial strategy, management accounting, budgeting and forecasting, regulatory reporting, and internal controls.
Vadhia said: “I am looking forward to leading the finance function at Access FS.
“Given this business is financially strong, my focus will be on supporting strategic planning and fuelling continued growth.
“I will also work closely with Karl and the senior team to advise on the financial implications of key business decisions.”
Karl Wilkinson, CEO and founder of Access Financial Services, said: “Reena’s background, along with her qualifications and experience mean she is well-equipped to handle the operational and strategic finance requirements of a dynamic protection brokerage like Access FS.
