Finova launches Broker Assist AI to streamline broker experience
The tool uses Covecta’s conversational AI, letting brokers access lender policies and criteria in real time, all within their usual workflow.
Finova has launched Broker Assist, a conversational artificial intelligence (AI) agent, to help brokers get information faster and reduce the need for manual checks when working on the Finova lending platform.
The tool uses Covecta’s conversational AI, letting brokers access lender policies and criteria in real time, all within their usual workflow.
The agent means brokers should no longer need to search through documents or call broker support teams, making it quicker to solve queries and submit applications.
Broker Assist uses pre-configured agents that know how brokers and lenders work, so brokers can get accurate and relevant answers without extra steps.
This helps them find the right lending solutions for borrowers more easily.
The tool supports smoother origination processes and aims to help lenders drive more innovation and efficiency.
Rowan Clayton, chief product officer at Finova, said: “Broker Assist is about removing friction from the broker journey. Gone are the days of slow application times and costly rework.
“By putting conversational AI directly inside the Finova broker portal, we’re helping brokers get the answers they need faster, submit better-quality applications, and ultimately deliver better outcomes for borrowers.
“This is a great example of how we’re turning emerging technology into real, production-ready capability for lenders and brokers.”
Clayton added: “In the coming months, we will continue to dedicate time and resources to streamlining and improving every aspect of the broker experience.”
Scott Wilson, founder and chief executive officer at Covecta, said: “This launch shows what’s possible when agentic AI is deployed within workflows.
“Broker Assist gives brokers instant, trusted access to lender-specific knowledge, while helping lenders reduce operational burden and improve conversion.
“We’re excited to see this capability live within Finova’s platform.”
