Iress to host mortgage forum focused on AI and connectivity

Iress is set to bring together brokers, lenders and industry experts in London this week to examine how connectivity and artificial intelligence can transform the mortgage process.

The Iress Mortgage Forum, taking place on 25th March, will focus on improving collaboration across the sector, with discussions centred on reducing friction in mortgage applications and building a more connected end-to-end journey.

Delegates will take part in breakout sessions exploring key challenges facing the market, including how technology can help address bottlenecks and support more efficient processes for advisers and clients.

The event will also consider the role of AI in shaping the future of the mortgage journey, including how the sector could evolve over the next 5–10 years and what a successful implementation of AI-driven solutions might look like.

Jacqui Durbin, head of product for UK sourcing at Iress, said: “This event showcases the progress we’ve made against our client-driven roadmap, while also bringing our partners and clients together to shape the future of mortgages.

“Through collaboration, we can identify the right tools, streamline processes and co-create better experiences for advisers and their clients.

“Recent market volatility has reinforced the critical role of technology in supporting lenders, brokers and ultimately consumers, making this event especially timely.”

The forum will include interactive sessions, live discussions and networking opportunities, forming part of Iress’ wider programme of client collaboration events across mortgages, protection and retirement.
