MSP Capital has appointed Richard Cargill (pictured) as its first dedicated IT & transformation director to strengthen its systems and processes.
Cargill brings 40 years of experience in technical and senior management roles, including work at HP, IBM, Microsoft and Sun Microsystems.
He started his career as a technical consultant supporting multinational companies and Government departments before moving into financial services.
He has held senior technology roles at American Express, AXA, Aviva and Credit Suisse.
Most recently, he was global IT director at Advanced Instruments, where he supported the company’s mergers and acquisitions activity.

“Supporting that is a sophisticated infrastructure that has strengthened its competitive position and fuelled sustained organic growth.
