West One integrates Knowledge Bank tool for faster broker criteria searches

West One has launched a new ‘Criteria Search’ tool on its website, allowing brokers to find lending criteria faster and more efficiently.
The tool uses Knowledge Bank’s database and covers products including bridging finance, residential, second charge, buy-to-let (BTL) and commercial mortgages.
Brokers do not need a Knowledge Bank membership to use the search tool, which provides clear answers like ‘Yes’, ‘Not accepted’ or ‘Please Refer’, as well as explanations for each item.
Marie Grundy, managing director of mortgages at West One, said: “We’re thrilled to partner with Knowledge Bank to make it even easier for brokers to understand our products and give them the confidence to place cases with us.
