ModaMortgages invites brokers to ‘lunch and learn’ on landlord income strategies

ModaMortgages and CHL Mortgages are hosting an online ‘lunch and learn’ session aimed at helping brokers support landlords in accelerating income and equity across their property portfolios.
The session, delivered in partnership with Complete FS, will take place on 8th May from 1pm to 2pm and will be CPD-accredited.
Presented by Roger Morris (pictured) and Sean Latchem, the session will explore strategies including the use of short-term finance, cross-charging and refurbishment to increase property value, followed by refinancing and rental income optimisation.
Attendees will receive one hour of structured learning credit, with the session designed to provide a practical framework for supporting landlord clients.
Morris, group distribution director at Chetwood Bank, said: “The session will guide attendees through a landlord’s journey: from identifying the right property, structuring the funding, executing the works, refinancing at a higher value and repositioning the asset for enhanced rental income through hybrid HMO and serviced accommodation models.”
