Molo cuts BTL rates across resident, non-resident and expat ranges
The latest changes see UK resident rates start from 2.98% on 2-year fixed products at 55% loan-to-value (LTV).
Molo has reduced rates across its buy-to-let (BTL) product ranges for UK residents, non-UK residents and expat borrowers, with pricing improvements of up to 0.36%.
The latest changes see UK resident rates start from 2.98% on 2-year fixed products at 55% loan-to-value (LTV), available to both individual and limited company landlords.
5-year fixed rates now begin at 4.73%, offering longer-term cost certainty.
Across Molo’s specialist range, which includes houses in multiple occupation (HMOs), multi-unit freehold blocks (MUFBs), new builds and holiday lets, 2-year fixed rates start from 3.14%, with 5-year options from 4.89%.
The lender confirmed there is no rate premium for larger properties, including HMOs with five or more rooms or units.
Pricing has also been reduced for overseas borrowers, with non-UK resident and expat rates now starting from 4.58%.
Martin Sims (pictured), distribution director at Molo, said: “In the current market, competitive pricing remains central to helping brokers deliver workable buy-to-let solutions.
“These reductions strengthen our proposition across both Standard and Specialist ranges, giving brokers more scope to deliver solutions that work on affordability and long-term yield for UK, overseas and expat landlord clients.”
