Nivo has launched a series of private broker roundtables aimed at fostering practical discussion around specialist lending, with the first event taking place at The Ivy Asia in Manchester on Friday 1st May.

The sessions will bring together small groups of brokers and senior figures from Nivo for focused, two-hour working lunches designed to explore real-world challenges in the market.

Each roundtable will be limited to 10 brokers to encourage open discussion under Chatham House Rules, with no formal presentations or panel sessions.

As part of the sessions, Nivo will showcase its AI Case Packager tool, which supports brokers in gathering, checking and managing case documentation.

Attendees will also gain insight into platform data highlighting where specialist cases are encountering delays and how often applications are submitted correctly the first time.

Matthew Elliott, co-founder and chief commercial officer at Nivo, said: “The best conversations in this market happen over lunch, not from a stage.

“At Nivo, we’re seeing patterns in application data that neither lenders nor brokers would ordinarily have access to.

“Many of the brokers who have already accessed and acted on these insights are getting to offer materially faster than they were previously achieving.

“These roundtables are an opportunity to share the work that we’ve and pressure-test it with the people actually placing the cases.”
