SDKA has marked its 10th anniversary with an event attended by more than 250 guests, held beneath Concorde.
The celebration brought together brokers, business partners, staff and sponsors to mark the milestone for the bridging lender, with the evening themed around speed, precision and innovation.
The event was hosted by magician Nigel Mead and also raised more than £9,000 for Seashell Trust, a charity supporting young people with learning disabilities.
Sponsors for the event included TWM Solicitors, Downing, gunnercooke, AJP Surveyors, Visionary Finance, Burlingtons and Igloo Finance.

SDKA is an unregulated bridging lender offering residential, semi-commercial and commercial products across England, Wales and Scotland, with rates starting from 0.84% per calendar month and lending up to 75% loan-to-value.
