Alto has launched Alto IQ, an artificial intelligence (AI) analyst that works inside its CRM software for estate and letting agents.

With Alto IQ, agents can ask questions about their data and get clear answers instantly, including plain English explanations.

Alto said most agencies have enough data but lack clarity on what it means and what to do next.

Alto IQ allows a branch manager to ask which negotiators have the highest fall-through rate and get an answer in seconds.

A lettings manager can check which landlords have arrears building and act before it becomes a legal issue.

An owner can ask which lead sources are delivering the highest completed commission and see where to invest.

The tool works across sales, lettings, applicant, and property management data.

It finds answers, flags anomalies, and identifies patterns before issues arise.

Alto IQ uses data already inside an agency’s Alto account and is available at no extra cost.

Riccardo Iannucci-Dawson (pictured), CEO at Alto, said: “Agencies are under pressure to do more with less, and the ones pulling ahead are the ones rethinking where their team’s time actually goes.

“Alto IQ is the answer to the question almost every agent asks: where do I focus today? We’ve built an analyst that sits inside Alto, works on your data, and gives you that answer in seconds.”

Sam Whitehead, operations director at The Accommodation Bureau, said: “Alto IQ feels like having a business analyst on the team.

“For a business like ours, that used to be out of reach.

“Now, we’re making decisions with confidence we didn’t have before. In our first proper session, it saved us more than two hours. But the bigger thing is what we’re doing with the insight it gives us.”

Iannucci-Dawson said the aim of Alto IQ is to close the gap between data and decision-making for agencies of all sizes.

Iannucci-Dawson added: “The barrier has never been whether agencies have useful data.

“It’s always been getting to it quickly enough to act on it.

“Alto IQ removes that barrier entirely. You ask a question, you get an answer, and you know what to do next. That’s the whole point.”
