OneDome launches £5m broker growth fund to help firms scale
Announced at the Mortgage Intelligence Conference, the initiative forms part of OneDome’s wider strategy following its acquisition of Mortgage Intelligence.
OneDome has launched a new Growth Accelerator programme backed by a £5m investment commitment, aimed at helping firms within the Mortgage Intelligence network expand through recruitment, acquisitions and revenue growth initiatives.
Announced at the Mortgage Intelligence Conference, the initiative forms part of OneDome’s wider strategy following its acquisition of Mortgage Intelligence.
The programme combines financial incentives, acquisition support and business development initiatives.
Under the scheme, brokers can receive up to £10,000 for recruiting high-performing advisers, while firms will also be able to access funding and deal support to acquire local broker firms or retiring advisers’ client books.
The initiative will additionally provide masterclasses and support focused on increasing revenue per client across areas including protection, wealth and specialist lending.
OneDome said the programme is intended to help firms pursue both organic expansion and acquisition-led growth strategies, leveraging the company’s existing infrastructure and operational expertise developed during its recent expansion.
The business said the launch has already generated strong early interest, with a number of firms beginning recruitment and expansion activity following the announcement.
Babek Ismayil (pictured), chief executive officer at OneDome, said: “We didn’t just acquire Mortgage Intelligence — we are investing in its future.
“OneDome has experienced exceptional growth over the last few years, and now we want to bring that learning, capability, and financial backing to every firm in our network. This is about enabling real growth — not just talking about it.”
