Word On The Street has appointed Jack Medlicott (pictured, left) to its board of directors as a shareholder.

He has over 15 years’ experience in legal and property, working in bridging and development.
Before joining Word On The Street, he held senior positions at MSB and PLS Solicitors, managing lending books over £200m for institutional PLCs and high net worth family offices.
At Word On The Street, Medlicott has focused on improving internal underwriting and linking legal due diligence with fast-paced brokerage.
