Campions has acquired Drewery in Sidcup and CKB Estate Agents, which operates from Sydenham and Eltham.

The move expands the group’s presence across South East London and strengthens its reach towards the Kent border.

The businesses will continue trading under their existing brands, allowing Campions to build on their local identities while supporting future growth.

Davies added: “Together, these businesses strengthen our presence across South London, extend our reach towards Kent and create significant opportunities for future growth.

“Becoming part of the Campions Group provides incoming agencies with the scale and support to continue thriving in the markets they know best, while strengthening our ambition to build a high-quality, community-driven property group across London and the South East.”
