Durden & Hunt has appointed Tracey Stephens (pictured) as head of compliance as the estate agency expands across London, Essex and internationally.
Stephens has more than 30 years’ experience in compliance, governance and operational leadership in property.
In her new role, Stephens will oversee compliance across Durden & Hunt’s seven branches.
She will manage regulatory compliance across sales and lettings and bring in company-wide compliance efficiencies as the business grows.
