SHC Capital and GB Bank complete £33m London portfolio facility in seven days

SHC Capital and GB Bank have secured a facility for a £33m retail and residential portfolio in London in just seven days.
The loan was arranged for a property investment group with more than £500m in UK real estate assets under management.
The deal included a mixed-use, multi-asset portfolio held within an offshore structure.
