Zoopla launches video series for estate agents

Zoopla has launched a free six-part video series aimed at helping estate agents win more instructions and convert valuation leads. 

The series, called Win More Leads: Become a Conversion Master, is hosted by agency consultant Ian Preston and offers practical advice for small and independent agencies. 

Topics covered include reasons agents lose listings, the four ways to tailor a sales pitch, how to follow up after a valuation, and scripts for booking valuations, introduction calls and visits. 

Zoopla customers can access the full series through ZooplaPro, along with a downloadable toolkit.
