IFA consolidator Absolute Financial Group has expanded its presence in the South East after completing four acquisitions, taking its assets under advice (AUA) beyond £2.4bn.

The deals add £134m in AUA and bring the total number of acquisitions completed by the group to 14 since its launch in December 2025.

The latest acquisitions include T&L Financial Services, the trading name of JM Financial Planning in Eastbourne, Paul Tune Financial Services in Battle and Clear Sense Financial Planning in Chichester, where the owners are retiring.

Clients from those firms will transfer to Absolute and be supported by its existing planners in the South East.

Absolute said the transactions demonstrate the flexibility of its acquisition model, which allows firm owners to retire, continue working after a sale or join its partnership program.

David Carter, CEO of Absolute Financial Group, said: “Our national growth strategy continues at pace with the latest deals demonstrating the flexibility of our model for firm owners and a commitment to working with them to find the best solution for them and their clients.

“These deals evidence that we have the capacity to support client books if owners want to retire, as well as providing an offering to those who want to continue working and grow through joining a bigger organisation.
