Allsop appoints David Margolis as partner for commercial auctions
Margolis joins from Acuitus, where he spent 12 years as investment director and auctioneer.
Allsop has appointed David Margolis as a salaried partner to help grow its commercial auction business.
Margolis joins from Acuitus, where he spent 12 years as investment director and auctioneer.
Before Acuitus, Margolis was a senior director and auctioneer at CBRE and played a key role in setting up the auctions team.
Margolis brings more than 25 years of commercial property experience to the firm and will focus on strengthening client relationships and supporting new business.

“It has a strong heritage in the commercial auctions market, and I have known and worked closely with many of the team over the years, so it’s a firm with which I already feel a strong connection.
