Development finance lender Atelier has announced a record £84m worth of new lending in June.
This milestone figure marks Atelier’s strongest month since its initial launch in 2019.
Accumulated over a series of high-quality development finance transactions, the £84m sum funded a broad range of residential schemes across the UK, as well as the refurbishment of a first generation PBSA asset.
Atelier hit its £1bn lending milestone in January 2026 since its first deal completion in 2019. On track to reach the company’s next target of a further £1bn by 2029, the month of June has set a promising benchmark and provided a positive temperature check for wider market activity.
