Coventry Building Society Group has been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women by Great Place To Work for the fifth consecutive year.
The society was ranked among the top 50 super large organisations in the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women 2026 list.
The award celebrates organisations that work to remove barriers to progression, support employee wellbeing and ensure all colleagues are treated fairly regardless of gender.
The society has a range of colleague networks designed to support women’s success and progression, including gender networks alongside dedicated Women in Tech and Menopause networks.
Colleagues also have access to specialist wellbeing support, including expert guidance on fertility and menopause through the Peppy health app.
Lucy Becque, group chief people officer at Coventry Building Society, said: “We’re committed to creating an environment where women can thrive, develop and progress.
“Being recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women for a fifth consecutive year is a proud reflection of that commitment.
“We’ll continue listening, learning and taking action to make our workplace even better for current and future colleagues.”
