Greencore Homes has appointed Mike Woolliscroft (pictured) as non-executive director to support its growth plans.

Woolliscroft has more than 25 years’ experience in residential-led development and major infrastructure projects.

Most recently, Woolliscroft was chief strategy officer at Vistry Group and interim chief executive at Countryside Partnerships.

The appointment comes after Helen Moore joined as board chair, as Greencore Homes continues to strengthen its leadership team to support its long-term pipeline.

“I very much look forward to building on this well-established SME housebuilder with the board and the senior management team to drive further growth for the business as they continue to expand their operations to build high quality, sustainable homes across the UK.”

Moore said: “Mike is a welcome addition to the Board of Greencore Homes, as he brings exactly the expertise across partnerships, residential development and strategic growth that will be invaluable in helping us, as we transition to the operational delivery phase for the organisation.”

Jon Di-Stefano, chief executive of Greencore Homes, said: “Mike joins Greencore Homes at a particularly exciting stage in our growth journey, as we continue to scale our operations.
