Melius Group surpasses £50m lending milestone during first year of growth strategy

Melius Group has completed more than £50m of lending during the first year of its latest growth phase, following the launch of its commercial arm and wider business expansion.

Over the past 12 months, the specialist finance firm completed 49 transactions while expanding into the North West and Midlands with two regional offices.

The business also increased its headcount to 12 employees as it strengthened its presence across the residential, commercial and financial planning markets.

Melius Group said the milestone reflected its focus on structured lending, long-term client relationships and sustainable growth.
