Vistry and Abri agree forward sale to unlock delivery of 1,500 home development
The deal comes through their joint venture, Ford North LLP, and will unlock the delivery of a 1,500-home masterplan at the former Ford Airfield site.
Vistry and Abri have agreed a forward sale of 141 affordable homes at Fordham in West Sussex.

The sale includes 76 Section 106 affordable homes and 65 affordable homes supported by grant funding from Homes England.
These will be delivered in Phase 1 of the development.
Construction is expected to start in September 2026.
Ford North LLP will lead the wider scheme, with Abri as the end purchaser for the affordable homes in this first phase.
Planning approval has already been granted by Arun District Council for the initial phases, which include nearly 700 homes and major infrastructure.
New infrastructure will include a primary spine road, pedestrian and cycle routes, bus links, more than 11 hectares of public open space, play areas, sustainable drainage and ecological improvements.
The development will also provide a new primary school, care home, local centre and employment space.
The scheme is part of the Arun District Local Plan and has been shaped by collaboration with local partners for more than a decade.
